After an early start, donations have slowed down. The Friends have raised $6380 as of the time of writing and just a few more gifts will take the Friends of the Golden & District hospital to a new milestone.
Giving Thanks to the Golden & District Hospital 2022 is a fundraising initiative that began in 2015 and has become an annual event. This is the 8th annual event. All of the funds raised by the Friends of the GDH remain in Golden and are used to purchase equipment over and above their annual budget.
The online fundraising page, Giving Thanks to the Golden & District Hospital 2022, is accepting donations until Saturday October 8th 2022.
